CMF carved out a niche as Nothing's affordable alternative — stripped-down hardware with decent specs at wallet-friendly prices. But budget phones live and die by component costs, and memory pricing has swung hard against them.
It's a rough look for Nothing, which built CMF's identity around accessibility. When your whole pitch is affordability and the supply chain won't cooperate, there's not much room to maneuver.
