WordPress.com Opens the Gates to AI Agents

WordPress.com just made a major move into the AI agent era. The web hosting giant announced it will now let AI agents draft, edit, and publish content directly on customer websites.

But it doesn't stop at content creation. These AI agents can also manage comments, update metadata, and handle other site tasks — essentially giving automated systems deep access to core website functions.
