OpenAI Taps Big Four Consultancies to Push Enterprise AI

OpenAI just locked in multiyear deals with four of the world's biggest consulting firms to supercharge its enterprise push. The company announced Frontier Alliances on Monday, bringing Accenture, BCG, Capgemini, and McKinsey into the fold.

The partnerships are designed to help deploy OpenAI's enterprise platform called Frontier. Think of it as OpenAI outsourcing the messy, hands-on work of getting large organizations to actually adopt its AI tools — and who better than the consultancies already embedded inside every Fortune 500 boardroom?

It's a classic enterprise playbook. Build the platform, then let the suits with the client rolodexes handle distribution. Each of the four firms brings deep corporate relationships and implementation muscle that OpenAI would take years to build on its own.

No financial terms were disclosed for the multiyear agreements.
