Siri might finally learn to multitask. Apple is internally testing a feature for iOS 27 that would let its voice assistant handle multiple requests in a single query, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman citing people familiar with the matter.

Instead of asking Siri to do one thing at a time like it's 2011, users could chain together commands in one breath. It's the kind of compound-request handling that power users have begged for since Siri launched.

That's not all. Apple has also explored a Grammarly-like keyboard experience that would significantly expand its autocorrect capabilities. Think real-time writing suggestions beyond simple typo fixes — more along the lines of grammar and style corrections baked directly into the system keyboard.

Both features are still in testing. No guarantees they ship. But the direction is clear: Apple wants Siri and its input tools to stop feeling behind.
