Anduril Snaps Up ExoAnalytic, Doubles Its Space Division
Defense tech giant Anduril acquires missile defense modeling firm ExoAnalytic, roughly doubling its space unit headcount.
Anduril Industries is making a major play in space defense. The company has agreed to acquire ExoAnalytic Solutions, a firm specializing in missile defense modeling, for an undisclosed price.
The deal effectively doubles Anduril's space unit, jumping from 120 employees to roughly 250. That's a significant scaling move for a division that's clearly becoming a bigger priority.
ExoAnalytic operates in the national security space, giving Anduril deeper capabilities in modeling and analysis for missile defense systems. The acquisition bolsters Anduril's positioning as a major player in defense technology beyond its already substantial drone and autonomous systems work.
Financial terms weren't disclosed, but the headcount math tells the story — Anduril just absorbed a team of around 130 specialists in one move. The space unit is no longer a side project. It's a core pillar.
