Nvidia Preps NemoClaw, an Open-Source AI Agent Platform

Nvidia is gearing up to launch NemoClaw, an open-source AI agent platform built specifically for enterprise customers. The GPU giant is positioning the tool as its next big software play ahead of its annual developer conference.

The platform takes an approach similar to OpenClaw, embracing the AI agent paradigm that's rapidly becoming the industry's obsession. Agents — AI systems that can autonomously take actions and complete tasks — are the hottest category in enterprise tech right now, and Nvidia clearly wants a piece of that action.

Crucially, Nvidia plans to bundle security and privacy tools alongside NemoClaw. That's a smart move. Enterprises won't touch AI agents with a ten-foot pole unless they come with guardrails.

Going open-source is a deliberate strategic choice, lowering the barrier to adoption while keeping Nvidia embedded deep in the enterprise AI stack.
