Together AI is reportedly in talks to raise roughly $1 billion in fresh funding at a $7.5 billion pre-money valuation. That's a massive jump from its $3.3 billion valuation in 2025.
The numbers backing the raise are equally aggressive. The company's annualized revenue has hit approximately $1 billion — more than tripling from where it sat in mid-2025.
Together AI operates as a cloud provider, renting out Nvidia chip servers to AI developers. It's part of a growing cohort of infrastructure players betting that demand for GPU compute isn't slowing down anytime soon.
If the round closes at these terms, it would mark one of the larger AI infrastructure raises this year and cement Together AI's position among the top-tier challengers in the GPU cloud space.
