Liftoff Pulls IPO Filing After Postponing $762M Offering
Mobile ad platform Liftoff has fully withdrawn its IPO filing, just two weeks after shelving its pricing plans.
Liftoff Mobile is walking away from its IPO — at least for now. The mobile advertising platform has officially withdrawn its filing with the SEC, offering zero explanation for the move.
The withdrawal comes less than two weeks after Liftoff hit pause on plans to price its public offering, which was targeting up to $762 million in proceeds.
That's a sharp reversal for a company that was recently gearing up for one of the bigger ad-tech debuts in recent memory. Postponing an IPO is one thing. Pulling the filing entirely is another signal altogether.
Liftoff hasn't provided any details on what changed or whether it plans to refile down the road. The SEC filing simply confirms the withdrawal without specifying a reason.
For now, that $762 million raise is off the table.
