Neysa Targets $1.2B War Chest to Build India's AI GPU Empire

Indian AI cloud startup Neysa is going big. Really big.

The company plans to raise up to $600 million in equity, with Blackstone leading the charge. On top of that, Neysa is lining up another $600 million in debt financing. That's a combined $1.2 billion headed toward one goal: deploying more than 20,000 GPUs across India for AI training workloads.

The move signals serious confidence in India's growing appetite for domestic AI compute infrastructure. Rather than relying on overseas cloud providers, Neysa wants to plant GPU farms on Indian soil.

Blackstone's involvement is notable. The investment giant has been aggressively expanding its data center and AI infrastructure bets globally, and India represents one of the fastest-growing markets for cloud and AI services.

With this kind of capital, Neysa is positioning itself as a major player in India's AI infrastructure race.
